Facility Use Reservation Request

    Kitchen Fee is 10% of final catering cost
  • OPTIONAL Security Guards You may choose to hire security guards for your event.

    Price is based upon date, duration & size of event.
  • Cleaning Fees

    Fees include a staff member who will also be on site on the day of the event to open and lock doors, monitor utilities and sound system.
  • 50% of payment is due 2 weeks before the event. Remaining balance to due on the day of the event.

  • Rental hours
    Rental time is based upon total of 8 hours for décor treatment, reception and event. Additional hours may be purchased ($50.00/hour) on a limited basis, scheduling permitting. Additional events may subsequently be scheduled in another location on the campus. All arrangements regarding scheduling must be made with the office and confirmed by the Rabbi.

    All vendors shall supply proof of insurance to the office, before your event date.

    To use just the venue NO Kitchen: Fill out facility rental form for dates and times requested Pay deposit Submit 2 weeks prior floor plan for set-up and final schedule (in order to have appropriate staff on hand etc) Party responsible to have venue cleaned

    To use the Kitchen: Kitchen can be rented out to an approved outside caterer. Caterer is responsible to bring their own Mashgiach. Use of Kitchen will be given based on times requested and approved on appropriate forms Approved caterer will have access to sinks, counters, fridge and freezer (Use of stove, oven, warmer and dish washer needs prior approval). All utensils, cooking equipment, spices, pantry etc will be locked and not allowed (Unless prior approval issued) Kashrus of events will be under respected certification of approved outside caterer. If outside food is cold platters with no mashgiach etc Kitchen use will not be granted. Use of Kitchen requires additional mashgiach fee and needs to be requested, approved and finalized 2 weeks prior to event. All forms need to finalized and approved no later then 2 weeks prior to event. Any changes thereafter will incur higher rates if changes can still be approved.

    Chabad of Irvine only certifies the overall event when food is prepared off site from approved caterer and no cooking or re-heating is done on premises. Any additional food preparation requires a mashgiach for time kitchen in use as well as duration of event. All food, liquor, drinks need to be in unopened and new condition and require approval no later than 48 hours in advance of event.

    Utensils, glassware, platters etc need to be new. Any rental of such glassware used in contact with food needs prior approval and requires a mashgiach to use.

    Mashgiach: Only approved individuals can be used. Rate is set by Chabad of Irvine and payments made to Chabad of Irvine. Any changes or request for mashgiach less than 1 week prior to event can not be guaranteed.
